Who we are

Fit Find is operated by Arcstone Labs LLC, based in the United States. If you have any questions about this policy, reach us at hello@fit-find.app.

Young users & parents

Fit Find is made for teens and adults. The waitlist is limited to ages 13 and up, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 18, we encourage you to use Fit Find with a parent or guardian's involvement. If you believe a child under 13 has joined the list, or you are a parent or guardian who wants to review or delete a teen's information, email hello@fit-find.app and we'll take care of it.

What we collect

Waitlist:when you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, email address, and age range. That's it.

The app (at launch):when the Fit Find app is available and you create an account, we'll collect the details you choose to add — such as photos of your wardrobe, style preferences, and the outfits you create — so the app can work for you. We'll update this policy with the specifics before the app launches.

How we use your information

We use your information only to let you know when Fit Find launches, to send you occasional updates, and — once the app is live — to operate the features you use, keep your account secure, and improve the product based on aggregated usage. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Shopping & affiliate links

When the app launches, some product links in Fit Find will be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Purchases happen on third-party retailers' own websites, and those retailers' privacy policies apply to anything you do there. Fit Find is not the seller — see our Terms of Service for details.

Cookies & analytics

The waitlist site uses only the essential cookies needed to function; it does not run advertising trackers or track you across other sites.

In the Fit Find app we use PostHog to understand, in aggregate, how features are used — for example how many people finish setting up their style profile — so we can improve the app. We use it for product analytics only: no advertising networks, and no tracking you across other apps or websites.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the vendors needed to run the service, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

• Resend — sending waitlist and account email
• Vercel — website and app hosting, and storage for closet photos
• Neon — cloud database storage
• PostHog — aggregate product analytics (no ads, no cross-app tracking)

As the app grows we may add vendors (for example, a payment processor) and will list them here. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your information for as long as you're on the waitlist or have an account. Want off the list, or want your data deleted? Email hello@fit-find.app and we'll delete it, and we'll process deletion requests within 30 days.

Security

We use standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls that limit who can reach your data. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us right away.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, and delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what categories of data we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising their privacy rights. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated.
