TERMS OF SERVICE

Acceptance

By joining our waitlist, creating an account, or using the Fit Find app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use Fit Find. Fit Find is operated by Arcstone Labs LLC.

Who can use Fit Find

You must be at least 13 years old to join the waitlist or use Fit Find. If you are under 18, you may use Fit Find only with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian, and by using it you confirm that you have that permission. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to sign up or use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at hello@fit-find.app.

Shopping & affiliate links

Fit Find helps you understand your wardrobe and discover new pieces. Some of the products and links we show are provided through affiliate partnerships, which means Fit Find may earn a commission when you buy through them — at no extra cost to you.

Fit Find is not the seller. When you buy an item, you're purchasing from a third-party retailer who is solely responsible for that product, including its price, availability, payment, shipping, returns, and customer support. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party websites, their content, or your transactions with them. Prices and availability shown in Fit Find may be out of date by the time you check out.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to Fit Find, such as photos of your wardrobe and the outfits and notes you create. By adding this content, you grant Arcstone Labs LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the service to you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Subscriptions & billing

Fit Find is free to start. If we introduce optional paid plans, they will be billed on the interval you choose and renew automatically until canceled, and will be processed through the applicable app store or our payment processor. Refunds are handled according to the policy of the store or processor through which you purchased. You can cancel at any time; access to paid features continues through the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorized access to the service or another person's account
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights
• Use automated means to access the service in ways that circumvent limits
• Resell or sublicense access to the service

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Cancellation & termination

You may stop using Fit Find or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms. When your account ends, your right to use the service ends; sections covering disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Style suggestions and outfit ideas are for inspiration only and are not professional advice. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that product information from third parties is accurate. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcstone Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Fit Find, or from any purchase you make through a third-party retailer. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Dispute resolution

We hope to resolve any issue informally first — email hello@fit-find.app and we'll make a good-faith effort to work it out within 30 days. If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, not in court. You waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to this on your behalf. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of first creating your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and applicable law change. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance.
